Thomas Massie's opposition to the continuing resolution (CR) stems from his belief that Speaker Mike Johnson is not adhering to a legal provision for a 1% budget cut, highlighting a rift in Republican leadership strategy as the government funding deadline approaches.
I'll vote against a clean CR that funds everything in 2025 at 2024 levels because:
